Additional Notes for Graphic Design Retainers
Unused Hours: Hours do not roll over to the next month unless agreed upon beforehand.
Extra Hours: Additional design hours beyond the retainer are billed at R850/hour.
Rush Deliveries: Tasks requiring turnaround in less than 24 hours are charged an additional R1,500/request.
Customization: Packages can be tailored to specific client needs at adjusted pricing.
Monthly Reports: Clients receive a summary of completed tasks and hours used.
